Thanks for calling Saguaro Painting. How can I help?

Hey, I need the outside of my house painted. Can someone come look at it?

Sure. A free estimate takes about half an hour. Thursday at 9 or Friday at 1, which works?

Friday at 1. It's on Willow Creek Road.

✓ Booked an estimate for Mike on Friday at 1 PM, Willow Creek Rd.

You're set for Friday at 1, Mike. See you then.

It answers as Desert Auto Repair, a demo business. Ask what they do, ask for an appointment, try to confuse it. That's the same receptionist you'd get, taught about your business instead.

Built for people who work with their hands.

A missed call is a job that went to someone else. Most trades miss one or two a day, and those are the ones that pay for everything.

  • PaintersYou're on a ladder with a roller in your hand. The call goes to voicemail, and the homeowner calls the next painter on the list.
  • PlumbersThe water heater job calls while you're under a sink. Ringer books the visit and tells them what to do until you get there.
  • ElectriciansPanel work, phone in the truck. The caller gets a real answer, a time, and you get a text with the address.
  • HandymenTen small jobs a week, all from people who called once. Now each of them gets picked up.
  • Landscapers & roofersMower running, nail gun going. Every call gets answered anyway, and the urgent ones get flagged.
  • Any shop with no front deskAuto repair, HVAC, pest control, cleaning. If the phone rings and nobody's at the counter, this is for you.

Set up in ten minutes. No new phone, no new number if you don't want one.

  2. Get your numberWe give you a local number. Forward your line to it when you're busy, after hours, or all the time.
  3. Go back to workIt picks up on the first ring. You get a text when it books something or takes a message, and the whole call is written out in the app.

Questions

I already have a number. Do I have to change it?

No. Keep your number. Forward it to your Ringer number when you're busy or after hours, or forward it all the time. Your phone company has a setting for this and it takes a minute.

What if the caller wants me?

On the Office plan it puts them straight through to your cell. On every plan it takes a message with their name and number, and the urgent ones go to the top of your list.

What does it say about my business?

Only what you tell it: your hours, what you do, your prices and the questions people always ask. If it doesn't know something, it says so and takes a message. It never makes up a price.

Does it sound like a robot?

No. It uses a natural voice and talks in short, normal sentences. You can pick the voice. Call the demo and hear it.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. It knows your hours and your services, checks what's open, and books it. It never double-books.

What if it doesn't know the answer?

It says so and takes a message. It never makes up prices or promises.

Can I see what was said?

Every call is written out word for word, with a short summary on top.

What happens if I go over my calls?

It keeps answering. We text you to move up a plan; nothing gets cut off mid-month.

How do I cancel?

Any time, from Settings. No contract.

The next call you miss could be a $4,000 job.
